TERMS & CONDITIONS

All rates are subject to change without prior notice, unless already confirmed and secured with a deposit.
PEAK SEASON: We regret NO single rates over PEAK season.
MINIMUM STAY OVER PEAK SEASON: 3 NIGHTS

TOURISM LEVY:
Rates include any government taxes or levies as may apply.
Should the government increase any rates, the hotel reserves the right to possibly increase the rate.

GUARANTEE / PAYMENT POLICY:
A 50% deposit will be required to confirm your booking. Any outstanding balances toward your reservation must be deposited in full, 30 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please see below as the following charges will apply in case of cancellation of booking:
HIGH SEASON: Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival = 100% of accommodation.
LOW SEASON: Cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival = 100% of accommodation
PEAK season: 10% non-refundable deposit on booking; 50% deposit 6 months prior to arrival; Full payment 30 days prior to arrival.
PEAK SEASON: We regret NO single rates over PEAK season.

NO-SHOW POLICY:
A no-show is the non-arrival of a GUEST without notification in writing by fax or email to the Guest House. In the case of a no-show, a no-show fee of the full amount of stay will apply.

CHILD POLICY:
Subject to availability of suitable accommodation of maximum 1 child between 6 – 12 years of age sharing with 2 adults in a Family Room. Supplement will be charged. Children 12 years and older paying a 3rd person sharing rate.
Children 6 – 12 years pay 50% for breakfast. Where bedrooms cannot accommodate children sharing with adults, separate rooms have to be booked in which case the guest house will decide on the applicable Best Available Rate. These rates will apply for each extra room booked.
We regret – NO children under 6 years allowed.

Third Person Sharing: Third person sharing rates will apply in Family Rooms: R1700.00pp
Supplements: The above supplement is a rate per room only that must be added to the standard contracted rates for the room types.
Groups: Group conditions will apply for reservations of 8 paying guests or more.
